SATURDAY JULY 12th

9:00–2:00 p.m.	4-H Conference Judging/Exhibit Building *Exhibits should arrive no later than 1:30 p.m. to be judged. Bake Sale/4-H Food Projects
9:00-11:00 a.m.	Pet Division Judging
12:00–12:30 p.m.	Judge’s Lunch Break
2:00 p.m.	Building closes for State Fair Selection

WEDNESDAY JULY 16th

	All livestock except poultry, rabbits, sheep, and market goats may start arriving at the fairgrounds.
Noon - 9 p.m.	Woodchip trailer open
6:30 p.m.	Swine will begin weigh in.
4:00-7:00 p.m.	ALL rabbits, poultry, sheep, and market goats will be checked in by superintendent or Fair vet before entering barns.
7:00 p.m.	Poweshiek Co. Fair Queen Pageant (Showring)
8 - 9 p.m.	Youth Activity

THURSDAY JULY 17th

7:00-9:00 a.m.	Woodchip trailer open
7:00-9:00 a.m.	Beef Weigh-In
7:45 a.m.	Flag Raising Ceremony
8:00 a.m.	4-H/FFA Dog Show (Showring) Exhibit building open to public
8:30 a.m.	ALL LIVESTOCK MUST BE ON THE GROUNDS
Noon	Bottle Calf conference judging (Showring)
2:00 p.m.	Youth Activity(Patio)
2:30 p.m.	4-H/FFA Poultry Show (Showring)
4:00-6:00 p.m.	Open Class entries accepted
4:00-8:00 p.m.	Open Class entries judged
5:00 p.m.	4-H/FFA Llama, Dairy, Goat and Bottle Calf Show
5:00-6:00 p.m.	Woodchip trailer open
6:30 p.m.	Bottle Lamb Conference Judging
5:00 – 7:30 p.m.	Kingdom Klowns (Strolling)
